Hi!
I'm moving to San Francisco in 3 days from Philadelphia. I've been involved with belly dancing (cabaret) for two years now and would love to know the best places to take classes. I am also interested in tribal dancing, so any info on the would be helpful too.

Wed, August 17, 2005 - 9:40 AMSuhailas classes in the Berkeley area are a must. Her technique can be used for all styles of dancing and the teachers there are so supportive.

Tue, September 13, 2005 - 11:57 AMThere are LOTS of teachers in the Bay Area. I would say make sure you get to the showcase events that take place frequently all around town. You might find a good teach that way.
Desert dance Festival is taking place this weekend. I'm not sure where you're located but if you wanna shoot me an email, do feel free. Depending on where you are, I might even be able to offer you a lift down to SC... good luck in your search !
