BDSS in Paris- Costume??

Hi there tribe,

This might be a strange question but I figured the hardcore fans/dancers might know the answer to this one......

In that DVD, Petite Jamila wears a really amazingly beautiful costume. Its Egyptian-themed, with turquiose and orange skirt and papyrus-like symbols on the belt and bra. She wears this during the really cool drum solo part of it, where Sharon Kihara tears it up with Dondi and Ansuya.

Does anyone know where she got that costume? Is it in someone's catalog, or perhaps done by a designer that is well known in the bellydance community?

Thanks everyone!

PS This topic is posted in a few other tribes as well....trying to cover as many bases as I can to find out :)

I haven't seen the DVD, but I do recall seeing an "Egyptian" themed costume on Dahlal's website. It's all gold with some common Egyptian symbols on it. It might be something similar to what you're looking for.
